What is QWTN?

QWTN is a UK-focused waste management platform that helps waste carriers, transfer stations, and Duty of Care businesses create legally compliant Waste Transfer Notes, manage clients, schedule collections, track fleets, and send invoices — all from one place.

Your dashboard at a glance

After logging in you land on the Dashboard. It shows six key stat cards: Total Notes, Awaiting Signature, Saved Clients, Waste Held (chain gaps), Unpaid Invoices, and your licence expiry. Stat cards with live issues are highlighted in a contrasting colour with an animated pulse indicator. Below the stats, the Dashboard Alerts strip surfaces the most critical actions — open chain gaps, deferred-party notes, and permits expiring within 30 days.

Quick-create buttons

Three buttons in the hero banner let you jump straight into work: "One-Off Note" opens a blank one-off waste transfer note, "Season Ticket" opens a new season ticket note, and "From Template" takes you to the Notes hub where you can pick a saved template.

Activity feed

The activity feed on the left of the lower panel shows the last 15 events across your account: notes created, completed, signed, clients added, and more. The Clients card on the right shows your four most recently added clients with quick links.

Navigation

The left sidebar gives you access to every module: Notes, Clients, Containers, Schedule, Fleet, Invoicing, Reports, Permits, Health & Safety, and Team. The search button (or Cmd+K / Ctrl+K) lets you search notes, clients, and sites instantly. Settings and Help are accessible from the header.
