Portal Dashboard
Navigate the client-facing portal tabs: Overview, Collections, Notes, Invoices, and Containers.
Dashboard layout
After PIN verification, clients land on the portal dashboard. A header shows their company or contact name and email. Below it, a tab bar with icons provides access to five sections: Overview, Collections, Notes, Invoices, and Containers. The Containers tab only appears when the client has containers on site.
Overview tab
The Overview tab shows an active Season Ticket summary (if applicable) and a statistics panel. Statistics include total transfers, completed transfers, currently held waste count, total weight, first and last transfer dates, a top destinations breakdown, and an EWC code breakdown. This gives a quick compliance-ready summary of all activity.
Collections tab
The Collections tab lists upcoming scheduled collections. Each row shows the scheduled date, time (if set), waste description, status, and destination site name. Clients use this tab to confirm what pickups are planned and when.
Notes tab
The Notes tab displays a timeline of all waste transfer notes created for this client. Each note shows its reference, type (One-Off or Season Ticket), status, date, waste description, EWC codes, quantity, transferor, and transferee. Clients can open any note to see the full detail view including signatures.
Invoices tab
The Invoices tab lists all invoices raised against this client. Each row shows the invoice number, status (Draft, Sent, Paid, Overdue), issue date, due date, and total amount. Clients can open each invoice to view or download it.
Containers tab
When containers are linked to this client, a Containers tab appears showing each container's reference, type, size, address, postcode, date dropped, days on site, and the associated WTN reference. This helps clients track what equipment of yours is at their premises.
