View a client's full profile, active season ticket, transfer statistics, and linked waste notes.

Header card

The top of the client detail page shows the client name, role badge, and any saved details: company, address, postcode, email, carrier registration, permit number, and SIC code. Only fields with a value are displayed. Click the Edit button to open the edit drawer and update any details.

Active Season Ticket card

If this client has an active season ticket linked to them, a highlighted card appears below the header. It shows the ticket reference, valid-until date, waste description, and EWC codes. A link takes you directly to the full season ticket note.

Analytics summary

Four stat cards show Total Transfers, Completed transfers, Total Weight (formatted in kg or tonnes), and the date range from first to last transfer. Below these cards are two horizontal bar charts: Waste Destinations (top 8 consignee names) and Waste Types (top 8 EWC codes by transfer count).

Waste Transfer Notes list

A searchable, paginated list of all waste transfer notes where this client appears as a transferor or transferee. Each row shows the note reference, waste description, transfer date, and status badge (Complete or in-progress). Clicking a row opens the note detail page.

Use the detail page for due diligence

The Total Transfers and Completed stats give you a quick compliance check — you can confirm that a regular customer's waste is consistently reaching permitted facilities before issuing a new note.

Season ticket card is automatic

The Active Season Ticket card appears automatically when there is a signed season ticket note linked to this client. You do not need to set this manually; it is derived from the note's client association.

Common Mistakes

• Navigating away without saving after clicking Edit — the edit drawer must be explicitly saved or cancelled, it does not auto-save.

• Expecting the stats to include notes from before you started using QWTN — the analytics only cover notes recorded within the system.
