Maintenance Details
Select the vehicle and type of maintenance, then give the record a descriptive title. Title is the only required text field.
Dates & Odometer
Record when the maintenance was scheduled and when it was actually completed. The odometer reading at service helps build a mileage-based maintenance history.
Workshop
Record which workshop or mechanic carried out the work for future reference.
Cost
Record the total cost and link it to a supplier invoice reference for accounting purposes.
Next Service
Setting a next due date and odometer triggers a scheduled maintenance entry that will appear in the Compliance and Fleet hub dashboards.
Parts Used
Log individual parts used during the maintenance. Each part entry captures name, part number, quantity, unit cost, and supplier. Parts are optional but useful for building a full cost breakdown.
