Adding & Managing Vehicles
Register vehicles in your fleet with full compliance dates, insurance details, and technical specifications.
Vehicle Details
Enter the core identification details for the vehicle. Registration is the only required field — the form will uppercase it automatically on save.
Compliance Dates
Enter expiry dates for each compliance item. The system will start showing alerts 60 days before expiry. Leave fields blank if the compliance item does not apply to this vehicle.
Insurance
Record insurance details for quick reference. These are stored alongside the vehicle record but are not used for compliance alerts — use Insurance Expiry in Compliance Dates for that.
Documents & Other
Store document references and current mileage. Odometer readings are used to track mileage history across maintenance and fuel entries.
