Customise the look of your waste transfer notes with your logo, colours, fonts, and layout options.
What is WTN Branding?
WTN Branding lets you customise the appearance of your waste transfer notes so they carry your company identity. Changes apply to PDF downloads, printed notes, and the on-screen preview. A live preview on the right side of the page updates in real time as you adjust settings.
Auto-extract from your website
Enter your company website URL in the Brand Extractor card and QWTN will automatically detect your logo, brand colours, and font. Detected assets appear as selectable options — click a logo to import it, click a colour swatch to apply it, or accept the detected font. This saves time compared to setting everything manually.
Logo and header
Upload your company logo (PNG, JPEG, WebP, or SVG, max 2 MB) or import one detected by the Brand Extractor. Choose from three logo sizes (small, medium, large) and two header layouts (left-aligned or centred). You can also set a header divider style: none, thin line, thick line, or accent-coloured line.
Contact details
Choose which contact details appear in the note header. You can toggle the display of your company address, phone number, and EA carrier registration. Email and website have their own fields — enable the toggle and enter the value to include them on your notes.
Colours
Set an accent colour used for section headers and highlighted elements, and an optional secondary colour used for lines and borders. Click the colour swatch to open a picker, or type a hex code directly. The live preview updates immediately so you can see how colours look on the note.
Typography and layout
Choose a font from fifteen options grouped by sans-serif, serif, and monospace families. Set the section header style (solid background, outline, underline, or accent bar), section border style (thin, thick, double, rounded, or none), and content density (compact, normal, or spacious). These controls let you match the note layout to your brand guidelines.
Live preview
A live preview panel on the right side of the page shows how your waste transfer note will look with the current settings. On desktop, the preview stays fixed as you scroll through the options. On mobile, tap the eye icon to open a full-screen preview overlay. The preview uses sample data so you can see all sections populated.
