Containers Overview
Track the location and status of every skip, RoRo, wheelie bin, IBC, and other container in your fleet.
1. What the Containers list shows
The Containers page lists every container in your fleet. Each row shows the container reference, type, size, current address and postcode, drop date, collected date, and a status badge. You can filter by status using the tabs at the top of the list, or search by reference, address, postcode, or notes.
2. Status tabs
Use the status tabs to quickly filter the list by container state.
3. Container types
The system supports five container types: Skip, Roll-on/Roll-off (RoRo), Wheelie Bin, IBC, and Other. The type is shown as a label next to the reference on each list row.
4. Actions
Click any container row to open the edit form. Use the "+ Add Container" button in the top-right to register a new container. Use the Export button to download the current filtered list as a CSV file.
