Favourites

What are favourites?

Favourites let you pin the clients, sites, notes, and vehicles you use most often. Starred items appear in a dedicated Favourites section in the sidebar, giving you one-click access without searching or navigating through lists.

Adding a favourite

Look for the star icon on any client, site, note, or vehicle page. Click the empty star to add the item to your favourites. The star turns amber to confirm it has been saved. Each favourite stores the item name and a direct link, so you can jump straight to it from the sidebar.

Removing a favourite

Click the amber star icon again on any favourited item to remove it. The star returns to its empty state and the item disappears from your sidebar favourites list.

Sidebar favourites section

The Favourites section appears in the left sidebar below the main navigation. It shows up to ten of your most recently added favourites, each with an icon indicating its type — a building icon for clients, a map pin for sites, a note icon for notes, and a truck icon for vehicles. Click any item to navigate directly to it. The section can be collapsed by clicking the header, and your collapse preference is remembered between sessions.

Per-user favourites

Favourites are personal to your account. Other team members cannot see your favourites and you cannot see theirs. Each person can build their own quick-access list based on the records they work with most.
