Inviting Team Members

Send email invitations to drivers and staff members. Choose their role before sending — it determines what they can access.

Sending an Invitation

Click the Invite Member button on the Team page to open the invite dialog. Enter the person's email address and select their role. When you click Send invite, the system sends an email to that address with a sign-up link. The invite appears in the Pending list immediately.

What Happens After Sending

The invited person receives an email with a unique sign-up link. They click the link, set a password, and are taken directly into your team account. Their status changes from Pending to Active and they appear in the main team list with their role badge.

Resending or Cancelling Invites

If an invite expires or the person has not received it, you can invite the same email address again. The new invite supersedes the old one. There is no explicit cancel button for a pending invite — simply re-invite with the correct details if something needs to change.

Tell the invitee to check spam
Invitation emails occasionally land in spam or promotions folders. Ask the invitee to check there if they do not receive the email within a few minutes.
You cannot change a member's role after invite
The role is set at invitation time. If you need to change a member's role, contact support or remove and re-invite them with the correct role.
Common Mistakes
Inviting the same email twice without the first invite expiring — check the Pending list first.
Typing the email address incorrectly — the invitation goes to the wrong inbox and the correct person never receives it.
Inviting a driver as Staff — they will see the full management interface rather than the simplified driver view.
