Team Overview

Manage your team of drivers and staff members. Invite people, assign roles, and control who can create waste transfer notes.

What is the Team Module?

The Team module lets account owners invite drivers and staff members to collaborate on the platform. Each invited member gets their own login and can access features according to their role. The team page is only accessible to users with the Owner role — drivers and staff cannot see or manage team settings.

Team Dashboard

The Team page shows four summary stats: Active (total accepted members), Drivers, Staff, and Pending (invited but not yet accepted). Below that, a list shows all active members and pending invites. Members can be filtered by role tab (All, Drivers, Staff, Pending) and searched by email address.

Team Roles

There are three roles in the system. Owner has full access and is set during onboarding — you cannot invite someone as Owner. Driver can view their job list, collect signatures, and complete walkarounds on mobile. Staff can create notes and manage day-to-day operations such as scheduling and client management.

Pending Invites

After sending an invite, the person appears in the Pending list until they click the link in their invitation email and complete sign-up. Pending invites expire after a set period. If an invite expires you can re-invite the same email address.

Team module is Owner-only
Only the account Owner can view and manage the Team page. If you are a Driver or Staff member and need to manage team settings, ask your account Owner.
Invite drivers before their first shift
Invite drivers a day or two before their first shift so they have time to accept the invitation and familiarise themselves with the driver app before they start.
Common Mistakes
Inviting a driver with the Staff role — drivers should be invited as Driver so they get the correct mobile-focused interface.
Not checking Pending regularly — invites that are not accepted may have gone to spam or expired.
Forgetting that team members need to be invited individually — there is no bulk import.
