Enable or disable Health & Safety, Fleet, Invoicing, and Permits to tailor QWTN to your business.

What are modules?

QWTN's core features — Waste Transfer Notes, Clients, Containers, Scheduling, and Reports — are always available. Four additional modules can be individually enabled or disabled: Health & Safety, Fleet Management, Invoicing, and Permits. Disabling a module removes its sidebar links and prevents access to its pages. Owners can toggle modules; drivers and staff cannot.

Available modules

Each module card shows the module name, an Enabled / Disabled badge, and a toggle switch. Below the header is a short description, sub-page chips showing which pages the module unlocks, and a "How it works" workflow summary.

Enable the features your business needs

Toggling a module

Navigate to /app/modules in the sidebar. Click the toggle switch on any module card to enable or disable it. The change takes effect immediately — the sidebar updates without a page reload. If a module is disabled, any attempt to visit its pages redirects to the module settings page.

Modules are per-account
Module settings apply to your whole account. Enabling Fleet will add fleet pages to the sidebar for all team members, including drivers.
Start lean
If you are new to QWTN, start with just the core features and enable modules as you need them. This keeps the sidebar uncluttered while you learn the platform.
Common Mistakes
Disabling a module that a driver is actively using — their sidebar links will disappear immediately.
Expecting module settings to affect billing — modules are included in your plan, toggling them does not change costs.
