Every waste transfer note in the UK must include at least one EWC code to classify the waste being moved. Here is how to find the right one.

Find the right 6-digit code
Each waste type has a specific 6-digit EWC code. Codes ending with * are hazardous and have stricter disposal requirements. Choose the code that best matches your waste.
Add it to your waste transfer note
